I cannot stress how helpful and proffesional this company are. I was kept up to date through my whole customer journey. I recieved a phone call the next day after i purchased the ring explaining when delivery would be. The delivery arrived promptly, and the item was very well packaged. The diamond was very beautiful and came in a lovely box. I would highly recomend this company, if you have any reservations like i did to begin with, then dont!! I recieved an exceptional ring!! And at a brilliant price! I would like to say a big thanks to Hakan, Chris and Robert. They made the whole experience very smooth and enjoyable!! I will 100% go back to these guys for my wedding bands!!.

If i could give another star i would!
Spending time to write a review is not something I do often, but in the case of my experience dealing with Diamond Manufacturers i felt compelled as they came to my rescue. Was let down with a diamond ring I purchased on-line with a different company. Once returned and refunded i then needed an engagement ring made and sent to me within a week of leaving for Paris. With I am now happy to say my fiancé. Phoning round different companies all apart from Diamond Manufactures stated 14 days from placing an order. Only DM I felt was willing to go that extra mile to accommodate me in my dilemma and guarantee they will get my choice made and out to me before my deadline! From beginning to end the service was brilliant! Great communication throughout and when the ring arrived I was blown away with the quality. I was also so pleased with my choice of a Marque stone shape which both myself and now happy to say my fiancé loves. Absolutely beautiful! Follow up contact was made by DM to make sure I was happy with the ring where I couldn't praise them enough. Lifetime ring size adjustments and polishes are given too. Compared to high street prices there's no competition. Anyone I know that wants a diamond set in a ring etc it'll only ever be DM i would recommend. I would like to therefore thank the entire DM team and personally Mr Turner for all his one to one correspondence throughout the process.

Fantastic service, very satisfied customer
I have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Manufacturers. I found the website via a general search for engagement rings on the internet and was immediately struck by the ease of navigation and search criteria. I ordered an IF diamond solitaire on an 18 carat white gold ring on and my fiancé was really delighted to receive it. We are now married and she receives many compliments on the ring. I made the order online and picked up the ring in person when I flew to London the next day. The service I received given the short timescales I required was superb and I was more than delighted by the results. I dealt personally with Emily and Chris and found them to be most professional and accommodating. The aftersales care I received was also reassuring and the company is very keen to know that their customers are happy with the service they have been given. Top marks from me.

Fantastic ring first class service. Same ring on high street would be three times the price. Fiance loved the ring. I would reccommend Diamond manufacturers to anyone. Very helpful on the phone with my queries answered all my questions clearly and were not trying to hard sell any product! Once again cant rate this site high enough. Why go up high street and get fleeced!

I don't normally leave reviews, I normally leave this to my partner but feel that Diamond Manufacturers deserve this. I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring from diamond manufacturers. I think that this was possibly one of the best if not the best buying experience I have had online. From start to finish the service and product was fantastic, Once you start researching Diamonds you will find that buying in the high street is a big mistake. Diamond manufacturers seem to cut out the middle men (there seem to be lots when buying a diamond) so you get great value for money. Everyone that I spoke with at Diamond Manufacturers was excellent, they personally track your purchase, check that you receive it, check you are happy. We realised a couple of months after we got the ring that it needed resizing and they did this for free and it even came back shinier much quicker than expected, just a few days without the ring! So the after sales is fantastic as well. We had initial concerns about buying something so expensive online, however everything is send securely, special delivery. Buying an engagement ring is not something you do every day so I spent a lot of time investigating the options. The Diamond Manufacturers website came out on top for many different reasons: ease of use; very wide range of rings; an even wider range of diamonds of different sizes, shapes, colours and clarity; comprehensive explanation of everything that should be taken into consideration when choosing a diamond ring; prices that could not be beaten anywhere else that I looked. Given the very competitive pricing I was expecting that it might be a barebones outfit that was only interested in shifting the product, but far from it. Having placed my order over night I received a call the next day to say that the ring was undergoing a final quality check and would be despatched to arrive before 1pm the following day. I then received a further email and phone call to confirm it was on its way. I received the ring within the specified delivery slot securely packaged and in a very smart unlabelled wooden ring box. It was only after I had given the ring to my girlfriend (now fiancee) a couple of days later that she noticed a very slight fault in the metal band which I had not been able to see. A phone call to Diamond Manufacturers was answered promptly and courteously and I was advised how to return the ring for the problem to be addressed. Within two days of their taking delivery I received the now customary notifications that it was being despatched back and confirming the delivery time slot. The ring is now perfect and safely back on my fiancee's finger. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Diamond Manufacturers to anyone looking for quality diamond jewellery at a very reasonable price. Everybody I have had contact with has been friendly and helpful, and they obviously care that their customers should receive the best they can deliver in both product and service.

Saved hundreds compared to high street prices
I was very happy at the service given by Diamond Manufacturers. I was a bit dubious buying online at first, but after speaking to 2 friends who both bought from them, I decided to give it a go. The free next day delivery& returns policy made the decision an easy one to make. I used the ring designer option on the website so I could get the perfect diamond for the ban - great feature! I recieved the ring the next day & was very happy with it. I would not hesitate buying from them again. They called a couple of times afterwards to check everything was ok, but kept it discreet which was a relief because my girlfriend was sat next to me when I got the call. Why buy anywhere else!
I just want to sing the praises for this company and the service they offer. I ordered an engagement ring just over a week ago Wednesday. I was called back an hour later to confirm the order had been received. I wanted it delivered on a Friday no problem. In that time I decided to change my order for a different ring, so I phoned DM and they confirmed they could amend the order and still deliver it when I originally specified. I received the ring exactly as stated and nicely presented, unfortunately it was too big I sent it back under their lifetime ring size guarantee and the new size was back with me in 2 days!!
