How can you offer such prices?
Thanks to our diamond cutting facility in India all our diamonds are imported at mining cost, giving us an edge over our competitors. Most of the jewellery we produce is manufactured in-house hence keeping costs to a minimum. Not having a retail presence allows us to keep overheads as low as possible. Furthermore, to manage our online operations we have developed an in-house fulfillment system instead of outsourcing the same which has led to substantial savings.
How long have you been in business?
Our partner companies have been in the diamond business since 1961.Thanks to our vertical integration with DTC sightholders we open our factory in Surat – India in 1987. In the last 20 years we have been consistently improving the art of diamond cutting and investing heavily in the latest technology and machinery.
Do you have a retail outlet?
No. In order to continue being able selling at the lowest prices in the internet we have to keep our overheads as low as possible.

How do your prices compare to other internet retailers?

Are all your ring styles listed online?
As direct manufacturers, we have many items not available online. If you can’t find a particular style, please contact us and we promise to beat any quote you have been given by any reputable jeweler and/or online store.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes. We have a team of skilled professionals which specialize in creating made-to-order pieces. We can create the piece of your dreams from a single image in a record time of 5 days. Do you have the same style rings in different sizes?
We stock most of our rings in a variety of sizes. If for any reason your ring size is not available we'll gladly resize it for you.
How do I establish the diamond ring size I require?
If the purchase is a surprise, simply take the internal diameter of one of her existing rings and let one of our consultants know. If you are unable to do this we will send you the ring in a standard size. Once you have given the ring and found the correct size – you can usually do this at your local jeweller, you can return it to us and we will resize it for you, free of charge.
I would like to engrave a message on the ring, can you do this?

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all the major debit and credit cards including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Switch, Electron and Delta. We also accept payment in the form of bank transfer, banker’s draft, and cash.

Do all products carry a hallmark?
Yes. All our products have been hallmarked by the London Assay Office.
Does my piece of jewellery come with a valuation?
Yes. Every piece of jewellery is supplied with a valuation for insurance purposes.
How do I know if your diamonds are conflict-free or not?
All our diamonds are conflict-free and come with written guarantees. As diamond cutters and dealing directly with the DTC (The Diamond Trading Company) we are involved in their code of best practices and the whole supply chain from mine to the end consumer hence controlling the quality assurance of the product from start to finish.
Are your diamonds enhanced?
No. All our diamonds are natural and have never been treated or enhanced in any way.
I have been hearing lately about synthetic diamonds, what are these?
Synthetic diamonds are man-made diamonds or lab-created diamonds with the exact same properties as a natural diamond. There are 2 types of lab-grown diamonds – High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD). The HPHT process mimics the geological conditions that create natural diamonds. It grows diamond layers on a diamond seed by subjecting carbon to high pressure and high temperature. The CVD method is a revolutionary process that is the exact opposite of HPHT. Instead of pressuring carbon into diamond, the carbon is freed to become pure diamond.
Moderate heat is applied to a carbon cloud in a vacuum chamber causing diamond atoms to rain onto and grow a diamond seed. Synthetic diamonds are mainly used for industrial purposes. Although they appear very similar to natural diamonds these must not be confused as synthetic diamonds are less valuable both emotionally and economically. Lab-grown diamonds are not to be confused with simulants (diamond imitations) such as Cubic Zirconia and Moissanite.

How do you ship your orders?
All orders within the UK are shipped fully insured with Royal Mail’s Special Next Day Delivery on a complimentary basis. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail for free, and can be shipped with FedEx for an additional fee. For more information please read our Shipping Policy.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. We offer the service of shipping directly to the gift recipient, however if you are paying by credit card we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
How is my jewellery packaged?
Every product comes with a beautiful presentation box, and can be accompanied by a personalized message on a gift card and gift wrapped for free on request. You can select your gift preferences during checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Diamond Manufacturers makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, and will endeavour to ensure you receive it on or before the estimated delivery date. If you need your item for a specific date please do let us know, and we will work to ensure that you receive your item on the specified date.
Are you open on weekends and bank holidays?
To ensure our customers receive the best possible service we are open on weekends and bank holidays from 10am to 5pm.
How long does it take for someone to get back to me when I submit a request?
If you submit your request during office hours (8am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-5pm on weekends) you should receive a response within an hour from your request. If you submit your request outside office hours, one of our diamond and jewellery consultants will get in touch with you as early as possible the next morning.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All the prices on the website are including VAT at 15%. If your purchase is to be dispatched outside of the E.U. you will be entitled to the discount equivalent to the VAT amount.
Are there any hidden charges?
All the prices you see are the final prices. Shipping, insurance, packaging, and gift options are all provided on a complimentary basis. There are no extras with the exception of priority shipping for International orders.
