All orders going to a UK address are shipped with Royal Mail’s Special Next Day Delivery and need to be signed for, so we recommend for you to make arrangements to ensure someone is available at the shipping destination. If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
International Shipments
We offer worldwide free shipping for all of our products. When ordering from Diamond Manufacturers, the recipient is the importer of the product (s) and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders are shipped fully insured via Royal Mail International Recorded Signed For. If you prefer, express shipping orders can be shipped fully insured via FedEx for an additional cost of £35. FedEx orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
Returns Policy
At Diamond Manufacturers we are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from receipt and we will gladly refund your money including delivery costs or exchange the goods. All items need to be in their original condition, new and unworn, and must be accompanied by their original packaging and paperwork.

We offer free return shipping so we will reimburse the costs for returning the item to us. Please note that items must be returned fully insured using Royal Mail’s Special Next Day Delivery in order to receive a credit for the shipping costs incurred.
You do not need to tell us why you were disappointed, but we will be happy if you do.
Our No Questions Asked 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is also valid for International orders. When returning an International order from outside the E.U. please ensure that you complete all the relevant paperwork for Customs, including the reason for the return, as if you fail to do so we will not be able to accept your returned order. International return shipping costs are non refundable.
How do I return an order?
To return your purchase simply give us a call at 0800 530 0541 or send us an email to service@diamondmanufacturers.co.uk quoting your order number. We will reply to your email promptly with a return authorisation code and detailed instructions for returning your order.
Once your package is received by Diamond Manufacturers, it will be inspected by our Quality Control department and you will receive an email to notify you of the return.
All returned items need to be received in their original condition and have to be accompanied by all their original documents. GIA diamond certificates are unique and carry a £150 replacement fee.
Any unathorised, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Full eternity rings and jewellery with personalized engravings are non-returnable items and therefore are excluded from our returns policy. All other items including You’re your Own jewellery is covered under the No Questions Asked 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Refunds will be issued in full for the original merchandise price you paid and the return shipping costs incurred using Royal Mail's Special Next Day Delivery.
Refunds will be processed promptly via the same payment method you use to make the purchase.
Note: Diamond Manufacturers will not be liable for loss or damage of non-insured return shipments. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss you may incur as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order, so we advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.
