Life Time Warranty

Our jewellery products come with a Life Time Warranty which provides coverage for manufacturing defects. Our warranty is valid only at DiamondManufacturers.co.uk. Improper repair, any modification or warranty service performed by someone other than DiamondManufacturers.co.uk voids this warranty.

You are supposed to take good care of your jewellery and our consultants will be happy to provide you with tips for doing so. This warranty does not cover any damage caused due to lack of care, excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.

Diamond Manufacturers offers the Web’s Lowest Prices on certified diamonds, engagement rings and fine jewellery. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or incorrect prices. Order Acceptance and Payment

Diamond Manufacturers is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. All orders are dispatched fully insured, so that your order shipment is always risk-free. All orders going to a UK address are shipped with Royal Mail’s Special Next Day Delivery and need to be signed for, so we recommend for you to make arrangements to ensure someone is available at the shipping destination. An email confirmation will be sent to the address you provide to inform you when your order is being dispatched.

International Shipments

We offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. When ordering from Diamond Manufacturers, the recipient is the importer of the product (s) and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders can be shipped via Royal Mail at a cost of £10 or shipped express via FedEx for an additional cost of £35. Insurance on overseas shipments is charged on a separate basis and charges will vary depending on the amount insured and shipping courier used. FedEx orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your order if one or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information, a database error or for any other reason.
