Customer Service Supervisor

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, empathetic, dependable, team-oriented customer service professional to join our exciting, fast growing company.
Using creative, 'out of the box' thinking, this person will do whatever it takes to exceed customers' expectations and deliver a truly remarkable service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Driving a step-change in service culture, putting the customer at the heart of all business operations
• Creating new ways to elevate the customer experience within budget guidelines
• Maximizing effectiveness of all forms of customer communications: phone calls, emails, and live chats

Web Developer

You will be our only in-house developer but will be able to gain support from our designer and development resources from our e-commerce agency. You will work closely with our E-Commerce Manager and User Experience Manager to introduce new functionality to the website, fix bugs and create a market leading site. The role may also involve the development of in-house software solutions to aid our customer service team. You should have experience of best practice front-end development including XHTML, Javascript (jQuery) and basic CSS understanding.

Your experience should include:

• Solid understanding of object oriented programming in PHP 5
• In depth knowledge of MySQL 5.0, including database optimisation
• Experience of MVC, ORM and unit testing frameworks highly desirable
• CSS and XHTML to WC3 standards

Finance Manager

This exciting and challenging opportunity has wide-ranging responsibilities and requires an enthusiastic individual who will provide timely, insightful financial analysis and information to further our Company's growth and success. You will identify, analyze and communicate barriers to improved profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with all day to day aspects of the accounts function including but not limited to sales ledger, invoice processing and credit control as well as purchase ledger, and payments
• Produce weekly bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations as well as all balance sheet reconciliations
• Create and manage financial forecasts
• Produce monthly management accounts and all financial reports required by the Board

Operations Assistant

• Providing assistance in daily picking, packing and dispatching of orders
• Assisting with inbound stock movement including receiving and quality control

Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be an out-of-the-box thinker who can integrate standard online mediums, yet add new and unique executions that can truly make an impact while always being conscious of a positive return metric. You must be well- versed in SEM strategies, email and database management, media placement, social media opportunities, and partner marketing, as well as how all of these can work together or separately to accomplish corporate and online objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Metrics-driven analysis of channel performance, as well as research and analysis of consumer buying behavior
• Establish and execute promotional strategies to optimize each tactic including promotion and messaging planning
• Develop and manage relationships across various online channels, including advertising partners, content partners and social platforms
• Work cross-departmentally with merchants, designers, developers, and customer service representatives

Talent Manager & Developer

To promote the overall success of the organisation, you will champion the identification of the organisational mission, vision, values, goals and action plans. You will review the business plan regularly to identify human resources gaps to align resources to facilitate the delivery of the organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a talent and succession planning agenda, establishing best practice disciplines that will identify where the talent is and ensuring 'potential' is retained in the business
• Foster and inspire an environment of hard-work, loyalty, dedication and personal development amongst staff
• Create a culture that strives for continuous improvement on the customers experience, the individual and the organization
