Instructions:

1. Order the item that you want from Diamondmanufacturers.co.uk.

2. If you find a lower price simply send us an email with the following information:

• Your name and Diamondmanufacturers.co.uk order number
• The web address (link) to the lower priced item
• The lower price found

3. If you have yet not placed your order then leave the 'Order Number' part blank.

4. After receiving your information, we will verify the pricing and calculate the discount.

5. If you have already paid for your order we will send you an email with the amount of your credit.

6. If you have not yet placed your order we will apply the discount to the item equivalent to 200% of the price difference so that you can place the order at the discounted price.

What you need to know:

• The jewellery item must be currently available for purchase on the other site with a diamond of the same specification and metal as your Diamondmanufacturers.co.uk purchase.
• Not valid on auction sites, flash sales, online marketplaces or through membership clubs.
• The price must include VAT at 20% as all our prices are including VAT.
• We do not honor manufacturer or company related promotional coupons.
• Site must be a valid Internet retailer and the product price must be advertised or published on that site.
• The item is not a closeout, clearance, below-cost loss leader or bulk quantity item.
• The item is brand new.
• Plain wedding bands, loose diamonds and create your own jewellery are excluded from the Price Guarantee.
• Shipping charges and VAT will be included when calculating the price difference.
• Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase and claims must be received via email.
