Absolutely Superb Service
I ordered the ring online and the whole process was so smooth and pleasant. I seen diamond rings in high street jewellers but the moment I opened to see this ring it was just something so different and elegant. The diamond was absolute superb quality with high class cut, clarity, finish and it shines so much even in small light. its just amazing. the price was very reasonable as same ring would cost way over the amount I spent elsewhere.

After ordering the ring Diamonds manufacturer customer service team called when ever there was an update on my order. The ring arrived and I was chuffed to bits with it. The only problem being my other half telling me the wrong ring size for months. Sent it for resizing on Monday and had it back by Wednesday morning. Once again, I was informed about every step of the process. Superb ring and even better customer service.

Stunning Ring and Service
After being disappointed on a number of occasions by a High Street jeweller, we decided to try Diamond Manufacturers as they had a fantastic selection of rings from which to choose and the pricing was almost too good to be true. With an easy on-line ordering system, we selected the ring and waiting with baited breath. Well, the ring is incredibly beautiful, a perfect fit and arrived just in time for my birthday. My fiance and I were absolutely over the moon with the exceptional quality of the service, the product and the overall experience. We can fault nothing and would highly recommend Diamond Manufacturers to anyone. The communication went beyond what we expected, we were informed of what was happening all along the way and we were blown away by the quality and beauty of the ring. Fantastic ring first class service. Same ring on high street would be three times the price. Fiance loved the ring. I would reccommend Diamond manufacturers to anyone. Very helpful on the phone with my queries answered all my questions clearly and were not trying to hard sell any product! Once again cant rate this site high enough. Why go up high street and get fleeced!

Fantastic professional service
I was checking the D M website as I had lost one of my diamond earrings and was looking to replace them. After placing my order I was telephoned the next day to say that my order which was 18ct yellow gold 0.50 diamond stud earrings would be with me the next day. However after their checks one stud earring wasn't up to their 100% standard and they would wait and send my order out ASAP. I received another call the next day to say they were on their way. When I opened the box they were dazzling, I had lost one of my diamond earrings which was G colour SI clarity which I had bought from another website but for an extra £300 these were much better quality, I had shopped around my local jewellers and to replace my earrings I was given Quotes of around £1700. When I checked ths website and saw that I could get better quality, D colour VS clarity 0.50 ct studs for £799 I could 't believe it. I don't know how they sell such great diamonds for so little but I will never buy from anywhere else but Diamond Manufacturers for their excellent customer service and amazing quality.

Will I ever receive this level of customer service again?...
The shopping experience I received at DM was the best service I have received anywhere by far. I had been looking for an engagement ring for over 6 months and I'm glad I found DM on google! From start to finish they were 1st class. I ordered a free ring sizer and this came the next day, a telephone call and email to say it had been sent. The site offered plenty of images of the ring I wanted to buy, and we were not disappointed when it arrived. The quality of the diamond is far better than any ring I had looked at in the high street. Again I received a telephone call and email to confirm it had been sent and then a follow up call to see if we were happy with the product. I would recommend DM to everyone. With free ring sizing and opportunity to upgrade the diamond in the future I will definitely be using them again. Thanks for showing me how customer service should be. Matt Harris.

Absolutely amazing service
We bought my engagement ring from here, and I needed it re-sizing due to losing weight before the big day. The returns process was so easy, and the speed of replies on email were fantastic. I sent my ring back on the Weds, it was received (and cofirmed receipt) on the Thursday, and then I had it back by the Saturday morning. Altered, cleaned and shiny! Amazing, amazing, amazing. They said 5 days to turn it around so was well within that. Can't recommend you enough to others. If only all internet companies were as good as Diamond Manufacturers!
