Finger sizes can change under different conditions as well as over time. You can return your ring to us at any time for professional resizing, and we will also clean and polish the ring for you. We appreciate that no one likes to be without their engagement ring, so we promise to return your ring to you with a free next day delivery service.
Our Lifetime Diamond Warranty covers every product we sell.
We also offer a free upgrade for life on all our diamonds, where we offer you a full credit for the original price you paid for your diamond as a trade-in towards the purchase of a new one. The price of your new diamond must be at least £500 greater than the price of your original diamond. Your original diamond must be undamaged to qualify for the free upgrade for life.
Our Lifetime Warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects. Our warranty is valid only at DiamondManufacturers.co.uk. Improper repair, any modification or warranty service performed by someone other than DiamondManufacturers.co.uk voids this warranty.
You are supposed to take good care of your jewellery and our engagement ring and diamond experts will be delighted to provide you with tips for doing so. This warranty does not cover any damage caused due to lack of care, excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft.
