Our engagement ring and diamond experts have a passion for you as a customer and of course, diamonds. Out team aren't sales advisors and they don't work on commission, so you will never feel pressured.
All our engagement ring and diamond experts are based at our office in Central London, and work on a rotation system to ensure there is always someone available for you to contact at the other end of the phone.

Free engraving terms and conditions
- This offer is for plain wedding bands only; all other product ranges are exempt from free engraving.
- This offer is redeemable online only.
- Free engraving is only up to the first 25 characters.
- One instance of free engraving per customer, for clarity this can be multiple rings in one order.
- Items are non-refundable / exchangeable once returned to us for engraving as it becomes a bespoke item.
- Once the ring is engraved, it cannot be sent back for re-sizing or re-writing.
- Engravings cannot be removed or amended once engraved.
- Free returns for international customers only for the first time.
- Engravings will be completed in "script" font.
