Beautiful rings, lovely service & very fast delivery
I purchased a lovely ring from Diamond Manufacturers in early April. I placed the order at 4pm and needed it the following day. I was met in central London the following evening with a ring and all the paperwork. My (now) fiancé loved the ring. The similarly priced engagement rings I saw in high street jewellers look like toy jewellery next to one I got from them. I wanted the ring to be a surprise so I didn’t know the exact size of the ring. It was several sizes too big. Diamond Manufacturers resized it for free (including next day delivery). Unfortunately the ring was still a size too large because the plastic size measurers aren’t very accurate (or maybe I am incapable of using them) and they offered to re-resize it free of charge. Being a student I could only afford a small stone. I was told that if I wanted to get a bigger one at any time in the future I would get the full value for the diamond I bought originally and would only need to pay for price difference on the diamond. Naturally, my fiancé loves the idea… The service was great. I sent approximately 8 emails to them in total; arranging collection and resizing twice. I always got replies within 30 minutes, sometimes 30 seconds, even on Sunday afternoon! I also got a call a few weeks after my purchase and was asked if I was fully satisfied with the ring. i recenctly dealt with the Diamond Manufacturers team in picking out a eternity ring for my wife. the range and price on offer could not be beaten anywhere i could find either on the high street or other online retailers. the ring arrived the next wporking day and although my wife was delighted with her gift i needed to have it re sized. Again he pulled out all the stops showed the after sales service was just as professional asd the pre sales pitch - a real sign the team at diamond manufacturers care about their customer. would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Service to match such a significant purchase.
I wanted a diamond engasgement ring. I had already determined that online sources were a lot cheaper than high street shops and that I was going to get a much better stone and setting for my budget. So which online service to choose? The first differentiator for me was the granularity in size advertised, to each point (one hundreth) rather than rounded to the nearest 10. That made me trust the precise quality offered more than rounded numbers. Next the online dialog allowing me to choose from actual stock. And finally the astonishingly quick turnaround time. Such a big decision for me meant that I wanted someone to talk to and discuss settings, plus the trade off between diamond sizes, colours, clarities and how they would look in a particular setting. There was someone knowledgeable on the other end of the line able to describe and also to advise about what looks good in what circumstances. After feeling happy enough to make a decision by mid afternoon, my chosen diamond was immediately set into a ring setting of my choosing and sized precisely. I received a call at 7:45pm that same day to say it was ready and with the courier. At 11:45am the following morning I had it in my hand. Along with documentation , appraisal, insurance valuation, sizer and lifelong offer of re-sizing and cleaning. This was a big scary decision, I wanted to know I had got it right and this level of customer service was a vital component in that decision making process.

Truly outstanding customer service
Due to a very tight time frame around new year, I placed a delivery with Diamond Manufacturers to be delivered before the New Year. Unfortunately there were some complications and it appeared that I would not be able to receive the ring in time. However, in a true moment of magic, I received a call from their service centre on new year's eve to say that my item would be delivered later that day. I was incredibly grateful for this outstanding service and the company's representatives were always courteous, polite and made every attempt to help. I can only say that it was a real pleasure dealing with this company and would (and indeed have) recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing some beautiful pieces of jewellry.

5 Star Service at its best..
Wanted to buy a surprise gift for my wife's Birthday, tried many high street jewellers - were too expensive for the product offered. Stumbled on Diamond Manufacturers through Review Centre and Moneysavingexpert. I am so glad that i found them. Website layout was brilliant and found the ring i wanted in matter of minutes. It has been a 5 Star experience from the time i placed the order. Had a phone call to confirm the order straight away. They kept me updated all the way and i felt i was in safe hands even though i was buying online. Phone call again before ring being dispatched and delivered as promised next morning. Wife loved it, will definitely recommend DM to all my friends.

Words completely fail me as to what an amazing company Diamond Manufacturers are. Everything about them from service, quality of goods, price, communication, speed, information, emailing photos.... has exceeded all my expectations. I also checked out high street jeweller prices and was provided with quotes for a similar ring but with a smaller diamond and a lesser colour/clarity. Needless to say the prices were sky high, so the RRP figure given to you by DM is true (make sure you insure your jewellery on this basis)and proves you can get a high quality product from them with a far better service for a quarter of the price. What's not to like about DM? My entire experience has been nothing short of brilliant and I cannot recommend DM enough. My only regret is not finding them sooner. All the team are the most friendly, responsive, helpful people ever, nothing false, very genuine and they care passionately about their customers. For me, I owe an extra special thanks to one man, he has the patience of a saint and is a true asset to the team, keep doing what you do best and you'll continue to have many happy customers. Thanks a million, my engagement ring and wedding band take my breath away :-)

Excellent service, great value for money (engagement ring)
After doing some research online i came upon the Diamond Manufacturers website. Website is well designed and very easy to search for products. With about 20 minutes of browsing I found the ring i wanted to get for my partner. I even wanted to test out the statement of 61% less than high street on prices so I printed out the rings specs without the price and went to Hatton Gardens. Entered 5 different shops and all told me that for that specific type of requirements I would be looking something between £3000 or £4000! The difference in price was substantial. Once I went home I didn't think twice before ordering the ring. Delivery was as expected. I need the ring resized two days after I got it and they went beyond and above the call of duty to accommodate me so I could go ahead with my proposal plan.
