    The Products displayed on this Web Site are not shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to detail. Since every computer monitor is set differently, colour and size may vary. Some products may appear larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and/or photography techniques. Other products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item, and your attention is drawn to the Product details and content where given.

  • Product Availability and Pricing

    Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the website. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. Where a higher specification is available we will happily upgrade your stone under our discretion and only where possible at no extra cost. We may contact you to inform you of possible diamond choices before we commence producing your item. This is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the specifications of the diamond chosen.

    All the prices stated on the Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at 20%. You will be billed in British Pounds (GBP) and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Due to the fluctuating prices of the constituent elements of the products, the price of the products stated on our Website may vary if there is a delay between the time of the order and when payment in full is received by Diamond Manufacturers and in these circumstances you may be requested to make an additional payment before the products can be dispatched to you. All products must be paid for in full before being dispatched. If paying by bank wire transfer this process can take a few days depending on the banks. Diamond Manufacturers holds no liability resulting from errors and/or delays caused due to our bank.

    Diamond Manufacturers offers the web's lowest prices on engagement rings, diamonds and diamond studs. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all of our prices are final. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (either directly or via third parties) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Such codes may only be applied to purchases of full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. Irregularly, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our website due to database or typographical errors. While we endeavor to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or incorrect prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice.

    Before your order can be accepted, we must receive in cleared funds, or confirmation of authorisation of payment (where a credit card is used) of the specified purchase price in full (without any deduction). Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an Order Confirmation email including full details of the order to you at the email address you have provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. You must pay for the products you order by using any method currently specified on the Website, which may include without limitation bank wire transfer and credit or debit card via the phone or over the internet. In the event that payment for an order is not received, or you are not fully entitled to use your nominated credit, debit or charge card; or such card has insufficient funds to cover the price of the products then – Diamond Manufacturers may contact you allowing you to make payment in full within a specified period of time by using the same or an alternative method, or Diamond Manufacturers may at its sole discretion cancel your order in which case Diamond Manufacturers shall return any monies received from you within 30 days of receipt of such monies to your nominated account. You agree that in any event Diamond Manufacturers shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur. Goods will remain property of Diamond Manufacturers until they have been fully paid. In the event that you receive goods that you have not paid for and you are requested by Diamond Manufacturers to return the goods, you have to do so immediately without delays. Diamond Manufacturers will incur the costs of delivery.

  • Alternate Shipping Addresses

    If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

  • Comparison Shopping

    To maintain the web's lowest prices we do not allow comparison shopping. Comparison shopping is the act of buying several of the same item or similar items, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overheads and can be very costly.

  • Your Right to Cancel

    You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty, however your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to:

    1. a) No security tags have been removed from the item(s) where applicable
    2. b) You have notified us within 7 working days of receiving your goods by email at service@diamondmanufacturers.co.uk
    3. c)The item(s) cannot be a Bespoke Special Order, being this something we do not market in our website, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances<

    Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We will also reimburse you the cost of sending the items back to us on all UK orders. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility on International orders. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed above, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

  • Our Right to Cancel

    We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your area; one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information, a database error or for any other reason. We also reserve the right to cancel your order when a Force Majeure Event occurs, including but not limited to any Act of God, communications failure, death, destruction, fire, flood, strikes, riots, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will offer you an alternative replacement product or refund you any monies paid to us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date when your order was paid for. We shall not be obliged to offer any kind of compensation for disappointment suffered and we shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur.

    If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at service@diamondmanufacturers.co.uk of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at service@diamondmanufacturers.co.uk of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option either:

    1. a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
    2. b) to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
    3. c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

    Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 'c' above.

    You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws.
