• This offer is redeemable online only.
• Free engraving is only up to the first 25 characters.
• One instance of free engraving per customer, for clarity this can be multiple rings in one order.
• Items are non-refundable / exchangeable once returned to us for engraving as it becomes a bespoke item.
• Once the ring is engraved, it cannot be sent back for re-sizing or re-writing.
• Engravings cannot be removed or amended once engraved.
• Free returns for international customers only for the first time.
• Engravings will be completed in "script" font.
