The main difference between shops and online retailers is that on shops you can see the items before purchase but there is only a limited range while with most online retailers there is a wider choice although you are unable to see the items before purchase.
Those who provide viewings before purchase will generally stock cheap or silver samples made up with diamond imitations like Cubic Zirconias as opposed to natural diamonds.
As a consumer, this of course does not provide you with a true and accurate picture of the item you are looking to purchase. You will not be able to see the quality of the diamonds, and the feel will be very different from the actual item as silver and other cheap metals do not feel like platinum and 18k solid gold.

Our viewings are private too. Unlike with most shops where there might be other customers in the same room, making your experience less special and comfortable, we offer private viewings in comfortable rooms where no other customers are allowed, to ensure you get the attention you deserve in a relaxed setting.
We do not employ sales people, we only employ non-commissioned staff with a passion for both customer service and diamonds & jewellery.
