Once we receive your order, our inventory manager Richard Mackenzie will pick the diamonds and setting you have chosen, and pass these to our workshop where our artisan craftsmen will create your unique earrings by hand. Our London craftsmen have over 100 years combined experience on hand making bespoke diamond earrings.
Your diamond and setting are also inspected by our master jewellers prior to setting. On average our jewellery artisans spend around 1 hour on your earrings. While setting the diamonds can take just a few minutes, our process follows rigorous steps to ensure the earrings we hand create for you have the wow factor and last a lifetime.
Once your unique diamond earrings have been completed, cleaned, and checked at the workshop, they are handed over to our quality control department led by our customer experience manager Robert Jacobs. Our 15-point quality control process includes ensuring that your diamonds are set securely, the British hallmark is clearly visible, the prongs are well aligned, and the metal is free from porosity to last a lifetime amongst several other points.
If your diamond earrings don’t pass all the points on our quality control process they will be sent back to the workshop until they do. Once your unique earrings have passed our quality control checklist, they are then considered as created successfully and passed to our dispatch department for secure delivery.
